Just finished up this Bird bikes frame forks and wheels in a one off custom design chosen by the customer.
First of all the graphics colour was matched to the anodised parts that will be adorning the bike.
Next up came the masking 30+ hours of finelining with 1.5 mm fine line and coming through with the script and logo stencils 💪.
Topped off with some black a matt clear finish this will certainly be a stand out bike and i look forward to seeing it assembled.

So After some major heart surgery for the BSA and now all back together and race ready it’s time to reveal the new paint job.
Finished in triumph polychromatic blue I’ve been obsessed with this colour since doing some wheels last year. The number boards have a subtle Kandy fade on them which seems to help illuminate behind the numbers.
The lettering and striping has been applied by good friend and fellow paint nerd who I think has nailed that 60s racer flavour I was after.
I mean why would you put stickers on a 60s race bike after all?
