A quick, satisfying video of a customer’s engine block being machined in-house. 🙂

It’s hard to believe that, even after all these years, some people still think we outsource our machining, receive the parts back and simply rebuild the engine. 🤔

We’re an engineering company, not just a Porsche workshop. From developing solutions to machining components, all of our work is carried out right here at Hartech.

It does make you wonder where some people get their information from! 😂

We don’t often see or come across white 997.1s, but we currently have two in the workshop! 🤍

Both are European-market cars, so it makes you wonder whether white was a more popular choice overseas than it was here in the UK.

This particular example was dropped off with us this week and has now joined the queue, ready for a little Hartech TLC 🙂

Another one leaves Hartech premises. 🏁

This lovely 996 has stayed with a standard 3.4L capacity, but there’s nothing particularly standard about a Hartech standard build 😁

This one wasn’t driven away it was transported back to its owner, who unfortunately wasn’t able to make the journey to us.

We work alongside a trusted local vehicle transportation company who can collect and deliver cars from all over the UK. Whether you’re simply unable to make the journey, the car doesn’t start, or it’s undriveable, we can help arrange transportation to and from Hartech.

We can also provide a transportation quotation during the initial booking process, so everything can be arranged in advance and there are no surprises.

Another 3.4 987.1 coming together nicely!

This engine is now nearing the final stages of its build, with everything coming together exactly as it should.

This is an engine-only job, so once it’s fully completed and given its final checks, it’ll be carefully packed up and sent back to the customer ready for installation.

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a freshly built engine take shape.

Ooops…this one slipped through the net!

This lovely 997 3.8 C4S left us a few weeks ago, but I forgot to post it.

Except… it’s not a 3.8 anymore. 👀

This one has had our 4.1L capacity conversion, giving her an even bigger heart. 🔥

One of the many cars that has made its way through the workshop - and there’s plenty more to come from all over the UK and Europe.

We’ve currently got around 25 cars on site at various stages of prep with 20+ more due to arrive before we close for the Christmas break.

It’s certainly going to be a busy few months!

This absolutely stunning C4S has been prepped and is ready to leave us on Monday.

The customer opted to stick with our standard 3.8L Hartech Build, a proven combination of performance, reliability and drivability.

And the car itself? Absolutely immaculate. 😍

That colour too…….spectacular.

Another one ready to leave the Hartech workshop and get back on the road. 🏁

Join us at Donnington Circuit a week on Saturday – 26th September

Not only will we be supporting RVR UK Racing in the penultimate meeting of the Porsche Club GB 2026 Racing calendar, but we will also be giving a presentation to Porche Club GB members which will cover our patented eco-power-engine® technology as well as our existing engine rebuilds. Open your mind and get your listening ears on as we’ll be giving you an insight in to how an eco-power-engine® can give you more torque lower down, more power at the top end too, produce fewer emissions AND save fuel - yes, all four!

But not only that – you can display your Porsche and take it round the track in the parade lap at the end of the day. But be quick, as display applications shut at 11pm on Friday 18th September.

After our presentation and some of the Porsche racing which we hope will involve more wins for reigning champion and current leader Jake McAleer, there’ll be some other and no doubt exciting racing, from the Sports 2000, Radical Cup UK and the Clubmans Sports Prototypes with the Legends Cars Championship bringing a close to the Saturday racing. The day will be finished off with the parade of classic and modern Porsches roaring round the track.

So, why not have a change from the usual - come along, it’ll be a great day out. Hope to see you there.

This stunning 997.1 3.8 left us on Thursday after receiving some Hartech TLC before making the journey back home to Switzerland. 🇨🇭

This one was a little more special, featuring a number of GT3 modifications, and those seats are just something else! 😍

They certainly aren’t for the faint hearted when it comes to the price, but they’re a fantastic addition and really finish the car off.

And that colour… absolutely stunning! 😍 It really suits the 997.1 perfectly.
