Jamie’s fiesta st180 in with us for a Cltuch replacement and fast road geo 🏁

Jamie started to notice his peddle sticking down and also a weak biting point - this is a result of a worn clutch friction plate and a bad slave cylinder.

✅Clutch plate
✅Pressure plate
✅Slave cylinder
✅Gearbox oil

Finished off with a Fast road geo with a small amount of camber and toe adjustments. to keep it nice and comfortable on the road with plenty of performance 🏆

ANOTHER FAST FIESTA ST BUILD COMPLETE!!!!🚀

Steve spoke to us about the next steps for his (already stage 3 car). He wanted more power and performance out the car without pushing beyond its means, that’s easy for us! we have a set up that works and has worked for a number of years on our demo vehicles✅

So we supplied and fitted the following
•S280 turbo
•Piper 285+ cams
•30% larger injectors
•TRS tuning
•Wagner tuning intercooler
•Cambelt and water pump
•Thermostat
•Various gaskets and maintenance along the way

Creating a perfect fast road / track toy with a serious amount of head room .. we tailed the tuning to a happy medium for road use, we are only running a medium boost set up which has taken load off the engine but gaining performance with utilising of the high lift cams 🤌🏻🏆

Safe to say this thing shifts 💨

Bradley’s fiesta st180 in with us a couple of weeks ago for a engine replacement✅

Now as you can see we didn’t fit a used engine on this one Bradley opted for a brend new ford crate engine , we replaced some important parts along the way to future proof any issues.

•st200 clutch kit
•slave cylinder
•recall thermostat
•injector seals
•spark plugs
•vacuum pump gasket
•coolant outlet housing
•cam bucket
•intake manifold gasket
•exhaust manifold gasket
•expansion tank and cap
•x2 coolant lines
•running in oil
•pollen filter
•oil filter
•gearbox oil
•coolant

And a few other things along the way.

his old engine failed our in-depth engine Healthcheck from the liners cracking (which can be common) but not just 1 crack . Multiple in all cylinders . Bradley’s best route was for a new engine along with the main components and now it’s back on the road driving as it should all done in a days work ✅

Mk8 fiesta st in this afternoon for a clutch and flywheel replacement 🏆

Safe to say our customer had his moneys worth out the old clutch being down to the rivets on the friction plate,as well as the dual mass flywheel not performing as it should.

We’re seeing more and more mk8 sts daily. I think maybe in the near future we dive in on some development on them🤓
