BMW recovered in with no start issue. Diagnostic equipment wouldn't communicate with engine control module so tested powers, grounds and communication lines and determined ECM to be faulty. Removed ECM to inspect and found severe water damage. No guess work, no throwing parts at it, just diagnostics done right 👌

In this case corrosion was the culprit.
Just 1.5 hours labour and a £12 relay for a good fix 😎
