🔧 MOT LIFT RETROFIT – CROSS STREET GARAGE, SALE 🔧

Today we completed another successful lift replacement at Cross Street Garage in Sale.

The job involved removing an old Tecalemit Mk3 Spacemaster and retrofitting an OMA 443JC lift, complete with an extra-wide AC Hydraulic jacking beam.

The new lift was carefully selected because it uses the same footprint as the existing Tecalemit, providing the customer with several important benefits:

💻 BRAKE TESTER PC & SOFTWARE UPGRADE – KNOTTINGLEY 💻

A customer in Knottingley recently contacted us after experiencing problems with their Bradbury 1070 roller brake tester.

Following an inspection, we found that the existing PC and software had become outdated. We ordered and installed a complete replacement PC loaded with the latest compatible brake-testing software.

We also upgraded the system with a wireless tablet, allowing the operator to clearly view and control the user interface from inside the vehicle—making brake tests quicker, easier and more convenient.

🔧 APAC LIFT REPAIR – BROMBOROUGH 🔧

A customer in Bromborough contacted us after reporting a loud knocking noise while raising their APAC 1151C vehicle lift.

Following a thorough inspection, we discovered that one of the carriage bearings had seized solid, causing the knocking noise and affecting the lift’s operation.

We identified and ordered all the required parts before returning to complete the repair, which included:

✅ Replacing all carriage bearings
✅ Replacing the carriage pins
✅ Fitting a new lifting cable
✅ Fully testing the lift upon completion
