🚨 BMW X5 — AdBlue Faults + Stage 1 ECU Calibration 🚨

This BMW X5 arrived with AdBlue/SCR system faults, leaving the customer needing a solution while the correct replacement parts are sourced.

We carried out full diagnostics and put an interim fault-management strategy in place to keep the vehicle mobile until it returns for the proper hardware repair. While it was with us, the customer also opted for a Stage 1 ECU calibration 😎💻

⚡ Optimised drivability

Rather than programming this one through the OBD port, we chose to bench-read and write the ECU. With the vehicle battery showing signs of being slightly weak, bench programming gave us the controlled approach we wanted without risking an interruption during the calibration process.

Once complete, the X5 was road tested with full data logging carried out ✅

Everything checked out perfectly and it’s now back on the road, driving exactly as it should, ready to return once the correct replacement parts arrive. 👌
