The Journey Behind CB Detailing

It’s crazy to think where this journey started.

Back in 1998, I was washing cars to help fund a trip to the USA. What began as a way to earn some extra money quickly became a passion. From cleaning my dad’s car on the road to working on some of the world’s most prestigious vehicles, it’s been an incredible ride.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working around brands such as McLaren - Bentley and Rolls-Royce, detailing everything from everyday family cars to vehicles owned by A-list celebrities.

What amazes me most isn’t the cars—it’s the people. Being recognised in shops by people who follow my page, hearing stories about work I’ve carried out over the years, and even being remembered for the time I accidentally restored the headlights on the wrong car in Portsmouth!

My journey hasn’t always been straightforward. It’s had its ups, downs, lessons, and plenty of memorable moments. But through it all, one thing has never changed: my passion for making vehicles look their absolute best.

More than 25 years & 16 years as a professional, I’m still doing what I love.

And now, as CB Detailing, the journey continues.
