I offer a semi proffesional hydrodipping/hydrographics services in the northeast/Blyth from home. Fully set up with a 1.1m by 0.7m tank for now. Hydrographics is a process where three dimentional parts can have graphics printed onto them, this is done by painting a part in the normal auto body fashion. I then clean and degrease the part and sand accordingly. The part is then primed and painted unt
il touch dry, then the film is layed on a vat of water to soak. The special activator is sprayed on and this causes the film to chemically bond to the paint as you dip the part through leaving the graphic adhered to the paint. I then finish it in a good 2k clear coat either gloss or matt. i have been doing hydrographics for over three years now and love doing it .... i have created this page so customers have more access to my work and so that my work can be displayed on here. Parts usually are done before this time but can sometime run over and this cannot be helped. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT UPON COMPLETION OF PARTS THERE IS A 60DAY WINDOW TO PAY AND COLLECT AFTER THIS TIME IF PARTS ARE NOT COLLECTED AND MONEY PAID UP THEN I WILL BE FORCED TO SELL ON THE PARTS TO MAKE BACK THE MONEY OF MATERIALS. IT IS YOUR RESPONCIBILITY TO COLLECT PARTS AND PAY BILL.
