The government have updated their information regarding Mot testing. For now, mot testing for light vehicles, motorcycles and cars WILL CONTINUE.
This of course continues to be reviewed and as the information is released, we will inform you of the changes.
Fenny Garage Ltd is open for business as usual however, pleased be assured that we are taking all necessary precautions to help minimise the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
Our staff, and customers remain our priority and we have taken extra measures to protect all.
In addition to government and motor trade guidelines, we have implemented the following to help minimise the spread.
* Vehicle collection from home for vulnerable customers who are self isolating. (please contact us to arrange)
* All vehicles will have steering wheel protectors, also gear selector and handbrake levers will be protected.
* All our technicians will be wearing protective gloves.
* Any surfaces our technicians come into contact with while your vehicle is with us will be cleaned with alcohol/antibacterial wipes.
* All communal door handles and surfaces will be sanitised regularly.
* Secure payments can be made by telephone to minimise the direct contact with the payment key pad.
* Hand sanitiser is available for staff and for customers while visiting our premises.
* All staff members have increased hand washing. Individual waste bags, tissues and hand sanitisers are placed at their workstations. All waste will be disposed of according to Health & Safety guidelines.
It is a very worrying and stressful situation we find ourselves in but we will remain focused on the necessary measures required of us all. We will continue to provide the service and customer care you have come to expect of us here at Fenny Garage.
