BDC Vehicle Conversions

11/09/2026

Ever wondered what goes on in the workshop at BDC Vehicle Conversions before one of our vehicles heads off to its new owner?

It’s been all hands on deck this week, with the team working hard to get several of our builds finished, checked over and ready to leave the workshop.

There’s plenty more happening behind the scenes, with more exciting builds taking shape every day.

A big well done to the whole BDC team for another busy week!

We’re so excited to reveal our newest bus conversion in partnership with Blackburn Rovers Community Trust
This project was extra special for us. The Blackburn Rovers Community Trust team were incredible partners to work with, and building something that supports their amazing work in the community has been a privilege.
We’re beyond proud of the final build, and we can’t wait to see all the good this bus is going to do. Thanks for choosing us for the build, guys! 👏

The people behind the build…..

We love to see our clients happy when they collect their vehicles.

A lot of hard work goes on behind the scenes so when Gemma and Nicole came to collect VanESSA we were delighted for them to see that their team’s hard work in pulling the project together has paid off!

Congratulations team VanESSA! 🥂

Big milestones deserve a big celebration! 🥂

We’re kicking off the year on a high note! On Monday, we had the absolute pleasure of handing over our first completed vehicle of 2026 to Dawn and Nikki at Positive Pathways.

Seeing their excitement made the handover even more special.

We are so proud to support the incredible work they do and can’t wait to see this vehicle out on the road making a difference.

Scroll through to see a few highlights from the day!
