Unfortunately, due to the condition my caravan has recently been left in, I have had no choice but to increase the security deposit to £75. 🥺
Just to be absolutely clear, you are renting a caravan — this does not include a 3-4 hour cleaning service. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition, as you found it.
I completely understand that accidents happen and these should be reported so can be resolved and the odd bit of mess, but the level of cleaning required after some stays has simply become unreasonable. The security deposit is there to cover situations where the caravan is not left in an acceptable condition weather its damage or just plain filthy.
