🔧 We're Hiring – Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic 🔧

Fylde Autocare is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team.

We're looking for someone who can confidently carry out servicing, repairs, clutches, timing belts, wet belts, turbos and other major mechanical repairs. You'll be comfortable working independently, have basic diagnostic and fault-finding skills, and take pride in doing the job properly.

Previous DPF experience isn't essential—we can teach that. What matters most is solid mechanical experience, the right attitude and someone who enjoys producing quality work.

🔧We're Hiring – Senior Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician🔧

Fylde Autocare is looking for a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our team.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems. A technician who can think logically, diagnose faults with confidence and takes pride in doing the job properly. Experience with diagnostics is important, as you'll regularly be involved in fault finding and more technical repairs alongside general servicing and maintenance.

Experience with DPF systems would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. If you've got a strong mechanical and diagnostic background, we'll provide training on our specialist DPF work.

As you settle into the role, we'd like someone who's happy to take on additional responsibility within the workshop—supporting other technicians when needed, helping prioritise jobs and maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Previous leadership experience is welcome, but it isn't essential. We're looking for someone who is willing to grow into the role over time.

Experience is more important to us than qualifications.
