2020 BMW 330e in for a hybrid fault, so we got to work and carried out diagnostics and found a battery module 5 fault. We check the live data and found cell 6 in module 5 down by 0.50 volt down on the others which is enough to shut down the hybrid system.
So we removed the battery and replaced module 5, balance the battery pack and replaced the SME module. We put the battery pack back and connected in up so A1 Remote Diagnostics could do there magic and code in the SME module. Everything back together and the car is back to how it should be.

2015 mercedes c220d hybrid in for non starting, we carried out diagnostics and found it had a isolation issue. So we carried out a isolation test and found the issue coming from the motor itself, we removed the gearbox and motor to find a bolt had fallen out the motor and was shorting on the casing. Bolt back tighten up and back on the road for this customer.

2018 tesla model S in with no heaters ( not what you want this time of year), so we carried out diagnostics and found the main fuse for the PTC heater blown. So we removed the PTC heater found this was at fault. New PTC heater and fuse fitted and the customer has now got lovely hot heaters.

2019 Jagaur i-pace recovered in from the dealer after the customer was quoted a scary price to carry out diagnostics on a fault that shut the car down. So we got to work and carried out our diagnostic and found a P0AA6 fault code ( high voltage isolation fault). We continued with our fault finding with a insulation test on the high voltage system and test plan from HEVRA, we find the fault with the HV battery base plate. One of the high voltage cables had rubbed though the base plate and caused a short to ground.
We contacted the customer and out came the high voltage battery, stripped down and the base plate replaced.
The customer happy to get his car back before Christmas and at a fraction the dealer would of charged.

2019 Toyota Corolla 2.0 hybrid in for slight rough running and engine light on for misfire on cylinder 3. Spark plugs and coil packs check all OK, but we did find excessive carbon build up on the injectors. So we ultrasonic cleaned and tested and now it's running good as new, saving the customer 250+vat each fo new injectors.

Customer came in with there 2018 40kw leaf suffering from poor range below 50% charge.
After checking there battery we found cell 22 failing, so it was out with the battery 🔋.
We replaced cell 22 and carried out a battery balance, now the customer has estimated range of around 150 miles.

Customers nissan leaf recovered in to us due to non starting. Plugged in to find a interlock error, with a bit investigating and help from HEVRA we found a corroded interlock wire to the PTC heater. Corroded wire cut out and replaced, customer is back on the road.
