Here's a Ford Transit Custom that the owner has converted into a camper van and what a good job he's done . The reason he wanted to get it remapped was with the extra weight now in the van it didn't have enough power on the motorway. Just had this Focus ST in for a stage one remap. As if 225 bhp isn't enough it's now running at 265 bhp with 430 nm of torque.

Tonight's job , Volkswagen Transporter T5 with an engine management fault. The problem was the EGR valve . It had a internal fault , I've remapped the ecu and put a stage one map on it taking it from 102 BHP upto 170 BHP. So more power and upto 20% better fuel economy. Here's a citroen Berlingo they as well as a lot of cars suffer with Add blue problems. Once the add blue tank has ran low it damages the pump inside witch will cost £££££££. A quick delete and dpf removal and all the problems disappear. If you or anyone you know suffer any issues get in touch

Here's a good one . This van has been blowing turbo pipes and loosening injectors for the last 12 months. Once I'd removed the map and had it checked it turns out someone had previously mapped it to produce 1.7 bar of pressure from the turbo. Standard they run between 0.7 and 0.9 bar. Maybe the Van's not as fast anymore but itll be a lot more reliable.
