This turbo was fit less than 2 months ago.... dpf has been deleted prior and with dpf removed theres less stress on the turbo it actually cools faster and breaths better... the map on the car is standard... and in 2 months its come to this.... had new feed pipe and return and new oil and filter and considering the lad was wounded to have to find the cash fast to pay so he could use it for work hes been driving like a Sunday driver since... its not always the Mechanics fault... I keep saying this... our biggest problem atm is bad parts and its really putting strain on small business especially ones like ours that dont like to charge the customer the labour again... something needs to change or garages are gonna close at an alarming rate... iv spoke to other owners of garages and there losing customers fast because they blame the garage at first or loyal customers because the blame the garage for getting cheaper parts... whats worrying is sometimes these parts are the best ones on the market...

A Message to Our Customers

This is a post we never wanted to have to write.

From today, all repairs and servicing must be paid for in full before your vehicle is released.

For years, we've always tried to help people where we could. If someone needed a little extra time to pay, we'd often trust them because we believe in treating our customers the way we'd want to be treated ourselves.

Unfortunately, that trust has been abused too many times. A small number of people have left us with unpaid bills, and as a small independent garage, we simply can't afford to keep carrying those losses.

We know this change may be inconvenient for some, and we're genuinely sorry for that. Please understand this decision hasn't been made because of our loyal, honest customers—it's been made because a few have left us with no other choice.

From now on, full payment will be required before any vehicle is handed back. This policy applies to everyone, with no exceptions.

To everyone who has supported us over the years, paid on time, recommended us to friends and family, and helped our business grow—thank you. Your loyalty means everything to us, and we hope you understand why we've had to make this difficult decision.

We have made it available to pay via clearpay if some customers would prefer or need too and again this must be completed before collection.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Level 2 NVQ or time served required, wage negotiable dependant on experience

Driving licence essential
