Master Technician vacancy - Bishop’s Stortford Branch

Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for a master tech level role where your work is valued and your development matters? Join Hilton Suzuki, a friendly, family-run business where quality workmanship, teamwork, and customer care come first.
As part of our service department, you’ll work on a wide variety of vehicles — not just Suzuki — making this an ideal role for a versatile technician who enjoys variety and problem-solving.
Responsibilities include:
Servicing, maintenance, and basic repairs.
Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high workshop standards.
Delivering excellent customer-focused workmanship.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Confident and efficient approach to servicing and repairs.
Full UK driving licence.
Level 3 plus at least 3 years experience.
Master Tech Level
Desirable (but not essential)
MOT Tester qualification (or ambition to qualify).
EV qualification (or willingness to train).
Experience across multiple makes and models.

Established in 1997, Hilton Suzuki is a small, family-run business with two successful branches. We sell and service new Suzuki vehicles alongside a wide range of used cars.
Our workshop team consists of four technicians of varying experience, creating a supportive, close-knit environment where knowledge is shared and everyone pulls together.
