🙃Good Afternoon/Evening Manor Motorists🙃

🚗 THE MOT THAT NEVER WAS… 😳😅

A car came into us for an MOT recently… but unfortunately, it didn’t quite make it to the testing bay! 🙈
Why? It had virtually no oil in it! 😬 And after having a look over the car, it was clear it hadn’t had a service in quite some time.

Now, we know servicing isn’t the most exciting thing in the world (we promise we won’t judge if you’d rather spend your money on something more fun 😂), BUT it really is important for keeping your car healthy and preventing those nasty and expensive surprises.

🛠️ A regular service can help:
✅ Keep your engine properly lubricated
✅ Spot problems before they become BIG problems
✅ Check and replace important filters and fluids
✅ Keep your car running efficiently
✅ Potentially save you a serious repair bill further down the line
Your car might pass its MOT, but an MOT isn't a service. An MOT checks that your car meets the required safety and environmental standards on the day — it doesn't give your engine the care and maintenance it needs.

So please, check your oil! 🛢️😂

If you can't remember the last time your car had a service… that's probably a sign. 👀

Give us a call/message or pop in and let us take a look, we'd much rather see you for a service than see you with a very unhappy engine! 😂🚗
Look after your car, and hopefully it’ll look after your wallet/purse! 💷😉

Be honest… when was the last time you checked your oil? 👀😂

🎉 Happy Birthday to the boss! 🎉

Another year older, another year of pretending you know what you're doing! 😂

Hope you have a brilliant birthday, although I’m sure being the boss means you’ll expect everyone else to work while you enjoy the cake! 😂🎂

Have a good one! 🥳🍻

🚗🎶 Is your car trying to start its own band? That screeching, scraping or metal on metal noise isn't the latest chart hit... it's your brakes crying out for help! 😬

🚘This Hyundai i10 came in making quite the racket, and the culprit? The brake pad wear indicator was rubbing against the back of the brake disc, letting the driver know the brake pads had reached the end of their life,

Unfortunately leaving it too long meant the brake discs had also developed a lip, so this customer now needs both new brake pads and new brake discs.

⚠️ A noisy brake isn't just annoying it's your car's way of saying, "Please don't ignore me!"

If your brakes are squealing, grinding or making any unusual noises, get them checked before a small repair turns into a bigger bill.

📞 Pop into Manor Motor Company or get in touch we'll make sure your car stops as well as it goes! 🚗

🚗☀️ BANK HOLIDAY SURVIVAL CHECK ☀️🚗

The sun’s out, the kids are off school, the motorways are about to become one giant car park… and your car has decided this is the perfect time to start making “mystery noises” 👀😂
Before you head off for your bank holiday adventures, give your car a quick check over..

✅ Coolant – because engines don’t enjoy heatwaves either
✅ Tyres – bald tyres + motorway traffic = bad combo
✅ Oil levels – your engine deserves a drink too
✅ Air con – unless you enjoy arriving looking like a melted Calippo 🥵
✅ Battery – hot weather can flatten them quicker than people flatten picnic sandwiches
✅ Windscreen wash – for removing motorway bug splatter and mystery bird attacks 🐦💥

And remember…
🚦Busy roads
🚧 Travel delays
☀️ Hot weather
👨‍👩‍👧 School holiday traffic

…all mean your car will be working overtime this weekend!
Don’t let your bank holiday plans turn into “Dad’s on hold to the RAC while Mum Googles nearest services” 😭😂
Get booked in and let us make sure your car is ready for the chaos 🚗💨

🚗💨 IT’S MONDAY LET’S GET YOU ROAD READY! 💨🚗

Monday has arrived… the day your car looks at you like “are we really doing this again?” 😅☕🚗
While you’re getting back into the week don’t forget your car might be due something important…
An MOT isn’t optional it’s a legal requirement to make sure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy.
And let’s be honest… ignoring it is usually how dashboard warning lights start their villain era 👀💡😂

🔧 MOTs only £50 at Manor Motor Company 🔧

Book in this week and tick it off your “adulting” list before your car reminds you in a much louder way!🫣

🙃Good Morning Manor Motorists🙃

😂 MOT DRAMA OF THE DAY 😂🚗

🚘This car rolled into Manor Motor Company for its MOT sounding fine… but underneath it was doing the mechanical equivalent of “my legs have gone” 😅
The culprit?
A top mount that was wobblier than a supermarket trolley wheel 🛒⚠️
Sadly, it was an MOT fail ❌
But don’t worry our technicians got straight to work, ordered the new top mount, fitted it up properly, and gave the car the TLC it desperately needed 🔧👨‍🔧
Back it came for its re-test and this time it behaved itself 😎✅

🎉 MOT PASSED 🎉

Another safe and happy customer back on the road thanks to the team at Manor Motor Company
Need an MOT, service, or repairs?
Don’t wait until your car starts wobbling like jelly get booked in today! 🚘
