Customer was hearing a noise from the back, we had a quick look at they almost had a pad delete 😂

Nothing left on the pad causing metal on metal grinding noise ⚠️

RANGE ROVER EVOQUE DYNAMICSD4A (2014) booked in for there HELDEX Service 🔧 ✔️

We serviced this last week and on the service we picked up that there was no 4-wheel drive. It was restricted to 2 wheel only. But there was no Fault codes ‼️

The customer had said the Rear Dif (Heldex) had not ever been done in the 10 years of ownership.

There was very little oil left in the diff itself, the pump was blocked up with crime and dirt. Along with the HELDEX filter. ⛔️

After completing the service and putting the correct Oil in the diff the Range is now able to use all its all terrain modes & 4-wheel drive is back 💪 💨
