Customer had stated that his engine was making a knocking sound and did not feel safe proceeding with his journey. Within 20 minutes we were with the customer. At ring and recover we try our best to insure we arrive at scenes as soon as possible.

Customer had called saying he had an issue with a gearbox and no longer could proceed with his journey. We attended the scene , recovered the vehicle and had a nice chat with the customer along the journey.

Customer had stated that there vehicle had suddenly packed up and wouldn’t start. They wanted the vehicle transporting to a local garage within a 5 mile radius. Regardless to say within an hour the vehicle was collected and delivered. Happy customers !

Customer had stated that his vehicle has broken down we attended the scene in 50 minutes after initial phone call. Customer had stated that he had been let down by another firm. At Ring and Recover we are a 24 hour service, whenever you call we will answer. As long as we can cover the job we will definitely attend.

Customer had called stated that his vehicle had broken down and he needed the vehicle recovering to Birmingham. He was with the police and was instructed that he needed to move the vehicle within 45 minutes or the police will use the own recovery. Regardless to say police contracts are with the big firms, customer had stated the big firms would have charged £ 250 to collect the car and take it to their storage yard where additional daily fees would be charged.

From the initial call we were with the customer in 40 minutes and the costs were significantly less then what the big firms would have charged.

Customer had called said his vehicle had broken down. Recently he had a new engine fitted to his vehicle, he realised the temperature of the vehicle was really high and the vehicle was leaking water. He called Ring + Recover within half hour we were with him and two hours later we dropped him and the vehicle of safe and sound.
