At moment been trying for days

I've got 23 sets of carbs here completed that need to be posted back to rightful homes

Get your carbs serviced
Strip inspect clean set up

Full strip clean inspection floats and diaphragms checked

All jets removed cleaned

Float heights adjusted

Needle heights checked inspected

Fuel/air mix screws adjusted

All seals checked or replaced

Float valve needles and seat inspected or replaced

Leak tested

Prices start at £65 clean strip rebuild

Float repair kits start at £60 good oem quality or oem parts fitted

Can post UK only postage on average is around £14 each way

Bench synchronised (all butterfly valves set same height)

TIPS before fitting freshly serviced carbs

To ensure carbs to stay in good working order once been serviced make sure you have a good inline filter on fuel hose tap to carbs

Make sure you have good condition genuine spark plugs (use a reputable dealer as many replica spark plugs are flooding the market mind the pun)

Make sure spark plug caps and coils are in good working order

Use fresh fuel e5

Make sure tank is drained if old fuel is inside

Maintain your battery with trickle charger

Fuel pump is in good working order

Fuel tap is in good working order

Make sure all manifold rubbers are in good condition no cracks perishing hard or out of shape

And make sure your valve clearances are within spec
