Another week and another couple of donor Saabs to keep others on the road. Two estates, sadly the Aero ttid has a metallic noise on the engine and the fusion blue 57 reg estate has 199k miles so both have not been taken off the road prematurely. After having a final bid by an ebayer that then requested to cancel the sale 20 minutes after auction end for the reason of “bid by mistake” our 9-3 Carlsson is back on eBay.

Going on our eBay in the next 24 hours is our very own 9-3 Carlsson. I’ve owned this since late 2014 and in my time I’ve fitted a brand new complete crate engine direct from Gm, replaced the halted and rear genuine self leveling shocks when I first bought it and lovingly looked after it. Fast forward to now and it’s been a family car for the last 5 years and my wife has used it as the daily to take the kids to nursery and school etc it’s safe to say we have properly driven this car for a decent amount of time.
Now the mileage on the chassis as gone over 200k even though the engine has only done 70 ish ( I’ll have to do my maths and check back with past mot’s as to what mileage was on the car back in 2014) I’ve saved this car in different ways many times over the years and now we have decided it’s at a time of its life where it needs somebody else to be the caretaker and to save it as there is corrosion coming in on the back wheel arch and although it all works, it’s definitely needing tlc.
The easy option would be to break it as these 2010 9-3 Carlssons were fully loaded with practically all options ticked from cornering headlights to Bose audio, heater electric sears, navigation etc and then they were loaded to Hirsch parts from Napa leather dash and door handles to rear diffuser and I’ve also fitted Hirsch grilles and pedals to name a few extras. As these were so rare ( only 96 built ) then it’s not my plan to take one off the road, at least not without trying to sell it complete first so … the plan is to put it on a 99p start on eBay with a light reserve on a 7-10 day auction. I’ll share the listing on our socials and detail the good bits and bad so keep an eye out and ask me any questions and get bidding!

In for breaking this week is this 2010 9-5 Ng 2.0 TiD in carbon grey. Please let us know if you need anything as it is all priced to go. Sadly this car has marks on the bumpers and damaged tail lights but other than that it has lots to offer.

Stay tuned as going on eBay this week with a 99p start is a 2011 9-3 Carlsson that is loaded with Hirsch parts.

Fresh in is a 2007 titan grey anniversary saloon for breaking. Great spec and load of good bits inc panels on this car so let us know if you need anything specific.

We are also due to get a black aero saloon 03-07 in by the end of the week and also will be listing a 9-3 Carlsson in a 99p starting bid auction on eBay this week. Another way of getting the part you are after is contact us with a request or wish list you are after and we will ideally give you first shout should that part come available. These super clean convertible seats are sold pending collection tomorrow and are a great example of what we get in and why you shouldn’t get over priced basic sets off of eBay. 2 new cars in for parts. One was a car we tried our hardest to save but realistically it’s been in our yard for too long so it’s going to be a parts car and another that we tried to save for a customer but it had a deep wiring fault that even with us throwing a lot of time and parts at it, it beat us.

The sports wagon is an aero ttid in carbon grey colour 310 and the convertible is a 1.9 Tid 16v in 298 black.
