We’re bringing a little Halloween madness to the track on Saturday 17th October, 12–2pm! 🧡🖤

We know some of our riders will be heading to our Manchester indoor session that day too, but with our coaches and team away closer to Halloween, we didn’t want anyone to miss out on the spooky fun! 🎃💀

So whether you’re joining us at Birmingham or heading indoors in Manchester, we hope you have an awesome day on two wheels!

🎃 Fancy dress is optional, but we’d love to see your spooky outfits!
🍕 Dads and Moms race, followed by pizza!

Whether you’re working towards your next race, building confidence or simply looking to get some extra track time in, our open sessions are a great opportunity to practise, improve and have fun on the track.

New to BMX track riding?

Unfortunately, our Wednesday open sessions aren’t suitable for riders who have never ridden on a BMX track before.

If you’re completely new to track riding, we’d love to welcome you to one of our Saturday Beginners Sessions, 10am–11am. Your first session is free, and bike and safety equipment hire are available. Always check our weekly coaching schedule, as sessions are sometimes not on if coaches are racing.

These sessions are the perfect opportunity to learn the basics, build confidence and get comfortable on the track before joining our open sessions.

We’re pleased to announce the return of the Birmingham BMX Club Winter Series, with four rounds of racing taking place across the winter months.

📅 Dates:
🏁 Round 1 — 8th November 2026
🏁 Round 2 — 6th December 2026
🏁 Round 3 — 24th January 2027
🏁 Round 4 — 28th February 2027

A great opportunity for riders of all abilities to continue racing, develop their skills and compete throughout the winter season.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came along to our Dig Day!

What a day! An incredible amount of work was achieved thanks to the brilliant team effort from everyone who gave up their time to help.

We did have a slight Dig Day drama first thing… our hired digger decided it wanted to leave before we’d even started, with an attempted theft and sabotage! 😳 But that wasn’t going to stop us — and one of our members was an absolute hero, arriving with a back-up digger to save the day!

We tackled drainage work on the start hill and berm 2, alongside plenty of maintenance, repairs and improvements across other areas of the track.

A massive THANK YOU to every volunteer, parent, rider and supporter who came along and helped make such a difference. 👏

Days like this are a brilliant reminder of what can be achieved when our BMX community comes together. 🛠️

We genuinely couldn’t do it without you — thank you for giving up your time, sharing your skills and helping keep Birmingham BMX moving forward!
