Russ`s Old bus Nut and bolt restroations is almost completed.
Top struts
Inner /outer Arches
Sills.
Many new parts and some sand blasted/powder coated.

Will have a post up with the whole progress once its done. This is just a little tease up as we haven't posted anything on our page for a while 👌.

(Some more weilding to do and she is ready to he put back together.)
We and the owner cant wait to see her completed as it's been a while now🤣 (shes been full of surprises).

Sometimes it's just too late..

With this one the customer was desperate to save it so we fabricated some panels and gave the chassis structure a bit of metal to feed on . Rust is like a bunch of zombies be careful .🧟‍♀️
Customer very happy with the new jacking points . Don't ever think that will Rot again.

Next
Clean the area of weilding ,some filler work and it's ready for paint..

By the way this is a CDB forged running Av420 turbo so definitely worth saving 👌

Customers subaru wrx 2005(bluewagon) one of the cleanest example we have ever seen with no modifications and a very low mileage car . But unfortunately the previous owner did not intend to take the right precaution when it came to the underbody. Never had any sort of protection..so its going for a Full under body restoration here Jdm restoration..

Rocket cover seals
Spark plugs
Thermostat
Oil
And some gaskets

very deep clean with some paint touch up.

Now we can finally concentrate on the body work
No rust at all and very low mileage car beutiful example.

The plan was that the Car was going to be exported to Norway, but a happy customer decided to keep it in the UK.
