Another DVLA Limited ‘Driver’s License’ has been successfully corrected, verified, stamped and sent off today via Stourbridge Post Office: the staff here are lovely and very helpful:)
We have removed the dead military title ‘Mr’ and we have removed the copyrighted/trademarked ALL-CAPS ‘Surname’.
We have also corrected the date of birth, removed the military posting (postcode) and added the all important ‘All Rights Reserved’ to the photo.
Then we autographed the coffin shaped signature box and added the ‘All Rights Reserved’ again.
We then got the Post Master (manager) to check the document and stamp it 🙂
At first she said we couldn’t write on the photo and we had to use a post code, I briefly explained that we had resigned from the military and returned to the lands of England! Not sure she knew, but nevertheless I waffled on with myself and got her to check, sign and stamp the D1 Application.
