This gorgeous 1998 Aston Martin DB7 i6 is finished in stunning Mendip Blue metallic paintwork with an immaculate cream leather interior. Supplied new by Stratton Motor Company, the first owner had the car for 6 months. It was then bought by a gentleman from Cheshire who kept it until July 2000 when ownership passed to his son who kept the car for 26 years. It is clear to see from the cars condition that it has been absolutely cherished. It is totally original and a real credit to its long term owner. It has a great spec for its year with heated seats, air conditioning, remote locking, CD changer, electric antenna and electric seats.

It is complete with all books and manuals, spare wheel with tools, original brochure, two sets of keys and original over mats. There are service entries by Aston Martin at 1,496 miles, 8,043 miles, 15,376 miles, 18,410 miles, 19,525 miles, 20,544 miles and then AMP Performance Aston Specialist at 23,026 miles. This outstanding 2007 XJ Super V8 was repatriated from Japan in 2021. It was fully converted to UK spec with MPH speedo, UK sat nav and radio as well as UK number plate recess to boot lid. It has since been maintained regardless of cost by its meticulous owner with work being undertaken by the highly regarded Tom Lenthall in Berkshire with recent suspension overhaul, comprehensive servicing and 4 new Pirelli tyres.

The combination of British Racing Green with beige leather is classic Jaguar, enhanced by walnut trim and chrome accents. The gold pin stripe, a nod to the X350’s predecessors. Specification includes heated front and rear seats, rear sun blinds, wood rim steering wheel, ALPINE sound system, satellite navigation, front and rear parking sensors, electric reclining rear seats with memory, xenon headlights, 20” alloy wheels, trip computer and deep pile over rugs.

The star of the show though its that 400 BHP supercharged V8 which delivers relentless power when required but is whisper quiet for the rest of the time with surprising fuel economy thanks to the cars light weight aluminium construction (over 35 MPG easily achievable). As a Japanese import it also benefits from lower road tax of £360 per annum.
