As Benny enjoys a warm spot before the temperature drops, your car deserves a little care before the chill sets in. Now’s the perfect time to give your vehicle a seasonal check:

✅ Tyres – make sure they’re safe and ready for slippery roads

✅ Coolant & antifreeze – essential for keeping your engine healthy in freezing temps

Important Update on Vehicle Drop-Offs

We want to take a moment to thank our fantastic customers for their continued understanding and support. Your co-operation truly makes a difference in helping us maintain an efficient and smooth-running workshop.

To ensure the best service for everyone, we kindly ask that all work be booked in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to take on roadside recovered vehicles or unexpected drop-offs. Non-running vehicles and unplanned arrivals require additional time and resources, which can impact our workflow, parking availability, and ultimately, the timely completion of repairs for all customers.

Our priority is to deliver quality service in a timely manner, both for your benefit and ours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep things running efficiently.

🚗✅ Pre-MOT Checklist: Get Ready with Sephton Motors! ✅🚗

Is your MOT test coming up? Make sure your car is roadworthy and avoid unnecessary failures with these quick checks:

🔋 Battery & Lights – Ensure all lights (headlights, indicators, brake lights) are working and your battery is charged.

🚘 Tyres – Check tread depth (minimum 1.6mm) and look for any cuts or bulges.

💨 Exhaust & Emissions – Listen for unusual noises and check for excessive smoke.

🛑 Brakes – Test responsiveness and listen for squeaks or grinding.

🪟 Wipers & Screenwash – Ensure wipers clear the windscreen properly and top up screenwash.

📢 Horn – Give it a quick beep to ensure it works!
🔍 Mirrors & Number Plates – Make sure they are clean, secure, and readable.
