Adjusted, cut, fettled areas on cab doors to fit snug in the door gaps, hung and adjusted replacement sliding door, prepared and primered inside of tailgate hatch, inner front vent grilles, new front grille and side track covers then test fitted front grille, lights etc before stripping everything back of to start paint prep on 'Daisy' the early baywindow camper 😉 👍

N/s (and later O/s) upper engine bay chassis repairs panels welded in with original joining plates to fuel tank area corners. Extended n/s/r inner wheel tub to then replace n/s/r platform tray, cut out all rotted areas of o/s/r wheel tub housing covered by poorly welded and sealed patches of steel. Made extended plate of o/s/r wheel tub to splash panel and repaired rotted area by fuel filler 'firewall' panel ready to weld in new o/s/r battery tray on Beethoven the baywindow camper 😉👍

Cut away n/s/r 'bumpstop' mount to access rotten chassis area behind which in turn deeply corroded the mount.
Cut and removed the mount in small sections re built it with markings from old chassis section on the bench, replaced rusted chassis area and re built and re welded 'bumpstop' end back into place while removing rear arch/floor section for good welding access on Beethoven the baywindow camper 😉👍
