Huge brakes for a 125 to have!!!!

Got a lovely little 1991 Kawasaki AR50 in to sort, it’s been off the road for a decade or two, no brakes, non runner, tyres flat and perished but I like to get these projects running before making them pretty so big day, got it running and idling great.
Now the rest……..

Looks like the R1 is hiding behind it!!
