A batch of our Electric Power Steering conversions running through the workshop currently.

These are all 09-14 Suzuki Alto. We have kits for the earlier Alto, and the ever popular Agila A/WagonR.

All columns are tested when they arrive from the customer. We then complete the conversion fitting Deutch connectors and packaging the control module (which we make some modifications to) with our electronics to provide the customer with a solution they can fit by plugging everything together and connecting 3 wires to the car.

Conversions to a customer supplied column are priced at £187.20 GBP including VAT and shipping to a mainland UK address.

STACK Classic gauges look good in this 1960's Ford Mustang dash!

A great combination of modern electronics, and classic styling. Stepper motor gauges use solid state, high accuracy sensors designed to be used in high vibration environments. Sensors in the engine bay mean no engine fluids in the cockpit.

We are taking advantage of the Data Logging output of the gauges. This allows the customer to keep track of all the engine parameters with their VBox video logger.

Out in the fresh air again. This time at the National Autograss Sport Association Ltd Ladies and Juniors National Championship hosted by Evesham Autograss Club.

The John Wilkin Raceway is looking stunning! We are setup in the trade stand area.

We did a lot of head scratching, and had a lot of fun on this project. Its great to be able to share the details - So much of what we do remains confidential between us and the customer.

We were approached by the team responsible for the glorious insanity that is Vini' the Powerflex V8 Mini to assist getting electronic systems from 6 different manufacturers playing nice together. All the systems were in place, and tied together with an absolutely beautiful wiring system.

We were able to help with the configuration of the Aim dash's, the ABS system, ECU and Gearbox controller getting them all sharing information via multiple CAN Bus networks on the car.

A fantastic outcome, and a big challenge where the devil was in the detail. We like a challenge - How can we help with your project?

Border Counties Autograss Club BCMRC always put on a fantastic event. It will be great to catch up with our National Autograss Sport Association Ltd friends and customers.

One of the worst examples of "pealing" obscuration on an early STACK manufactured Lotus Elise S1!

We have created a replacement lens in a stable acrylic. The acrylic lens has been engineered to replace the original. It has an anti-reflective coating. The obscuration is colour matched to the original, and the whole assembly should not suffer from the same issue as the original.

Removing the old lens and fitting the replacement is a specialist process that can be completed in our workshop at the heart of the UK's Motorsport Valley. We do not supply the replacement lens as a component part.

We've taken a few enquiries for our carbon effect dash pods over the past couple of days. Thanks to everyone who has pointed people in our direction!

We have the pods blank (As pictured) in stock. They are priced at £69.99 (£58.33 + VAT) plus shipping.

We can also punch holes (80mm and 52mm) for your gauges if required. We charge £10.00 (£8.33 + VAT) per hole to do this.

Limited quantities are available at this price. The next batch to be produced will be at a higher cost due to a significant materials cost increase.

We can also build up pods to customer specifications. We can supply gauges, or fit gauges you supply. Contact us with your requirements and we can price the options up for you.

Good luck to Evesham Autograss Club and all our National Autograss Sport Association Ltd customers and friends for the MAP Open and British Junior Championships taking place this weekend.

We had planned to be in attendance, but other commitments will prevent us from being there in person. On the plus side Andrew being nowhere near the event should guarantee good weather for the weekend!

If you are not familiar with Autograss Racing its well worth a visit. You will be guaranteed spectacular grass roots motorsport, and a fantastic atmosphere.
