Due to an appalling business banking experience with a now week long total freeze on my account and no end in sight, for no reason whatsoever, we have had to go completely cash only. I have no idea how long this will last but when it is sorted we are going to push for predominantly cash payments to avoid this headache in the future. Trying to run a business Having zero cashflow is almost impossible.
Totally unacceptable from TIDE BANKING! It may be a regulator behind the scenes but your lack of communication and speed is beyond belief.
If anyone has paid or attempted to pay by bank transfer or payment link via card and it has been declined or held, please bare with me. I have no idea what is being held in limbo. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY BY BANK TRANSFER OR LINK IF YOU HAVE ANY OUTSTANDING INVOICES, FOR THE TIME BEING. CASH ONLY PLEASE.
