🚐 One very lucky customer! 🍀

This van had only recently been purchased and the customer was unaware it had a wetbelt, and due to the mileage we advised that the belt should be changed, and it’s a good thing we did!!

When we inspected it, the oil pick up was around 90% blocked 😳 This kind of issue can lead to serious engine damage, and if the wet belt had snapped, it could have meant a full engine replacement.

⚠️ Wet belts are often out of sight, but definitely not something to ignore. Regular maintenance can save you from a costly repair down the line.

Due to our garage being extremely busy and currently having a waiting list of over two weeks for bookings, we have reached the point where we need to expand the team. We are therefore looking for a qualified MOT Tester/ Mechanic to join our busy and friendly garage.

If you’re a qualified mechanic but not yet MOT trained yet, that’s not a problem we’re happy to put the right candidate through the MOT training course.

Just want to take a moment to appologise for the lack of posts this year, this has been our busiest year by far, alot of early starts and late nights and it does take it out of you and puts a toll on my family life, im lucky to have Emma in my life who keeps me going and does everything at home ❤️

We know things are expensive right now and we understand that some people are worried about the cost of car servicing. Sadly, skipping it can lead to even bigger bills later on.

This week, we had two cars come in with major problems. One had no oil and the engine had seized due to the lack of servicing . Another Fiesta EcoBoost had a shredded wet belt, which has caused serious engine damage. Both could’ve been avoided with regular servicing.
