This Sierra Cosworth came to us suffering from severe lacquer peel and in need of some serious attention.

While stripping the car down, we discovered the rear panel was rotten, so a genuine replacement panel was fitted to ensure the repair was done properly. After a full repaint, the car is now looking as it should and has been returned to its owner.

Another Cosworth saved and ready for the next stage of its journey — we can’t wait to see it fully built back up.

This E30 came in with an extremely rough engine bay — heavy corrosion and poor repairs. The bay was stripped back to bare metal, all necessary welding carried out, then fully sealed in epoxy primer. After re-priming, it was finished in classic Alpine White for a clean, factory-fresh result.

This Mk1 Golf arrived for a full engine bay paint job. Significant areas of bare metal were exposed after sanding out imperfections , so the bay was first treated with an epoxy primer to ensure proper corrosion resistance and adhesion. Once cured, the surface was then sanded and coated in a high-build primer to level imperfections and provide a stable foundation. The final colour coats were then applied, achieving a uniform and durable finish.

The vehicle has now been returned to for continuation of the mechanical and assembly phases of the build.
