Two sets of our custom-engineered Meglio Megane 3 265 engine swap wiring harnesses with ECU Master EMU black ECUs leaving the workshop last week — designed to deliver full plug-and-play functionality when pairing the Megane 3 engine with the Megane 225/230 drivetrain.

Built to motorsport standards and developed in-house, this harness ensures complete sensor integration and reliable VVTI control when used with the ECU Master EMU Black.

Custom Production Honda K swap Conversion Kits Back Into Stock

IMPORTANT POST PLEASE READ

We are pleased to bring this update to all of our customers regarding our future business.

As of todays date Custom Production will no longer offer workshop services, the decision has been a tough one but thanks to the success and popularity of our Honda K swap conversions, moving forward we plan to dedicate our time to processing conversion kit orders on a DIY basis only.

For customers whom in which we have had to refuse Meglio conversions to, we are now recommending alternative places in which they will be able to get the work carried out with.

Custom Production now only offers Honda K swap conversion parts to suit the Renault Clio Mk2, the Renault Clio MK3 and the Renault Megane MK2.

To the customers experiencing a long delay on parts, we would like to apologise and explain that in todays market, keeping our prices affordable is of most importance to us. That being said, we have changed our suppliers, and have made minor adjustments to some of the parts of the K swap kits aiming for better functionality & longevity.

Megane 3 265 Meglio Conversion Complete

Long awaited results are in after tuning on our latest addition to the market, the Megane 3 265 engine swap harness and ECU with functioning VVTI by way of ECU Master EMU Black.

The conversion uses Megane 3 engine with Megane 225 drivetrain, Fulcrum Motorsport custom engine wiring harness meets all sensors accordingly.
Users will be pleased to see that we were able to make use of the Megane 3 throttle body, which for obvious reasons, replaces the ever failing Megane 225 version.
Inputs for oil pressure / temp - fuel pressure & temp also a part of the wiring harness, providing better tuning potential and safety.
ECU input information is also available for running further hardware, most importantly, the dash. This kit retains full use of the original dash / clocks, along with other original electrical functions.

ECU calibration carried out by our Renaultsport Tuner RS Tuning Limited 330 BHP - 353 ft lbs

Clio 3 F1 R27 - Megane 3 RS Engine Conversion

Conversion & hardware wise, our typical Megane swap featuring the usual fancy bits that make these conversions so good to look at, but with a twist.

Yes the use of the Megane 3 engine is not uncommon in a Meglio however, correctly functioning VVTi is. So we set about this project / conversion with the hopes of achieving just that. With the use of an Ecumaster EMU Black ECU and a fully custom engine wiring harness, we have VVTi, fuel and oil pressure / temperature monitoring and better ECU tuning potential.

Soon to be available for sale, our Megane 3 to Clio 3 swap engine wiring harness / ECU Master EMU Black & base running file.
