One of , if not the worst 4 injectors I’ve removed from a vivaro. These were completely rotten and leaking diesel through the corrosion 😳, almost like how you’d find a car that’s been by the sea all its life. However , it’s about the 20th set I’ve done 😅 so wasn’t an issue to get this back to perfect for another happy customer😃😎. I’ve attached 15 photos to show how bad these can be. Enjoy the photos 👍🏻. Vans now perfect and another customer over the moon 😊👌🏻

Engine rebuild time for this poorly N57 330d engine.
Seems a common issue for n°3 big end bearing on the crank to fail.
We don’t normally carry out full engine rebuilds for customers but as this is for a friend of mine spending our childhood together and up till now , he was confident in asking me so here it is. Let’s get it built 💪🏻🔧

When this arrives at home , it’s only meaning one thing …… it’s engine rebuild time. 330d N57 getting a fresh overall this week. She was poorly for sure but next week, Rod knock no more 😎. But don’t let this post fool you , we’ve got a full week of being busy.
Ford focus Wet belt kit , Range Rover cam chain , Q7 brakes all round , , Audi A3 fuel filter , bmw 330 for engine build and a dodge nitro for a brake servo 😅. Someone get me a fan 🥵.
