This is a great opportunity for a person interested in administration, ideally with a technical interest, to join a small motivated team in a fast growing company.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
🔹Deliver excellent customer service as the first point of contact while maintaining a professional company image
🔹Coordinate between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, job cards, and workload
🔹Process invoices, payments, goods inwards, and maintain accurate records using internal systems
🔹Manage parts operations including stock control, ordering, sourcing non-stock items, and parts identification (EPOS)
🔹Support internal and external customers with product advice, pricing, and parts availability
🔹Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer and company standards
🔹Maintain an organised, safe, and efficient working environment while meeting deadlines

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
✅GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above
✅Organised & efficient approach to work, with keen attention to detail
✅An enthusiasm to learn new skills
✅Ability to take instructions but also work off your own initiative.
✅An interest in developing a career within a growing business
✅A full UK Driving licence is preferable, but not essential
