🔧 TIMING CHAIN JOB COMPLETE!

Fresh timing chain fitted on this 2018 Renault Captur — a common issue on the 0.9 TCe engine. Worn chains can cause rough running, noisy starts, or even full engine failure if left too long.

🧰 This same engine (the H4B 0.9 TCe) is also found in:
➡️ Renault Clio
➡️ Dacia Sandero & Logan
➡️ Nissan Micra
➡️ Nissan Juke

So if you’re driving one of these and it’s getting noisy on cold starts, it might be time for a check-up before it becomes a bigger job. 👨‍🔧

💬 “Yes, it’s another MINI. And yes, it’s another clutch.” 😅

This one came with a bit of an unfortunate challenge — someone had recently fitted a new clutch to a bad flywheel.
It didn’t last long… and the customer ended up paying twice for the same job. 💸

All sorted now, done properly and built to last. 👌

At , I take the time to get it right — whether it’s a clutch, timing chain, or full engine rebuild.

Engine replacement for this one because of a bottom end knock, not a common thing to happen
