We are now doing DPF Cleaning for £100+Vat

If you have a diesel vehicle it's better to do this pro-actively before you develop issues.

What is a DPF and what does it do?

A DPF or Diesel Particulate Filter is a filter in the exhaust that holds ash and soot instead of it going into our atmosphere. Over time and a lot of short journeys this filter becomes blocked to the point it will cause a lot of backpressure, limp mode or will require a new DPF

Our cleaning system uses a mixture of Branched and linear Alcohols mixed with Disodium Metasilicate, to dissolve and clean the ash and soot from the DPF safely restoring power and saving potentially £1000s on replacing the DPF. All vehicles will have ash and soot content checked before and after clean.

What is carbon cleaning?

How does it work?

Electric current is used to split pure water by electrolysis into its component pure hydrogen and oxygen gases (which are commonly referred to as HHO). To allow electric current to flow easily an electrolyte (potassium hydroxide, KOH) is added to the water. The gases flow to a large bubbler filled with water which serves as a flashback arrestor.

HHO gas is highly effective in removing carbon deposits inside the engine using a simple procedure that requires no engine dismantling. All that is required is for the air filter to be removed during the procedure and the Carbon Cleaner connected to a DC power supply such as the vehicle's battery:-.

The engine is brought up to normal operating temperature
The air filter is removed
HHO gas is fed into the air intake.
The engine is left idling for approx. 40 minutes (or more depending on the engine size) with occasional revving, The combination of oxygen enrichment and the hydrogen accelerant gently loosens & burns off carbon deposits. Water vapour, carbon dioxide and carbon is carried out in the exhaust.
Restores gas flow lost to carbon build up and hence restores performance
Improves emissions, bhp and fuel economy lost to carbon build up.
