because 45 years is a LONG time!

This month, our lovely operations manager Jon Tagg (right) celebrates 25 years as part of the Eden team AND his equally lovely colleague Matt Smith (left) celebrates being with us 20 years!

If we count in Jim Nicholls, our Managing Director (centre stage with 20 years service) you’re looking at 65 years of loyalty, dedication and laughs here at Eden Tyres ❤️

We think that means we must be alright… even dare we say, quite nice to work for 🙌😊

Well… what a start to the week ❤️

A new garage has opened… our 28th (and our 3rd this year😬) BUT our very first in Northamptonshire. Honestly, someone should probably stop us buying branches at this point 😂

Yes, today we officially opened our brand-new garage in Kettering.

The team have worked incredibly hard transforming this site over the past few months, and we couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve created.

Honestly… just look at that workshop.
Do we even need to say more? We can’t wait to see it filled with cars 🚗🚚 🚕

You might just recognise this familiar face too 👀 David Maybury, who previously managed our Rugby branch, will be leading the team in Kettering. With more than 20 years experience, we know customers will be in brilliant hands 🚗💨

The diary is filling up already, which is an amazing start for the team. We can't wait to meet our new customers!

A huge thank you to everybody involved in helping bring another Eden branch to life ✨

Meet Dean March - our Hinckley branch manager!

Dean’s been with us 3 years now, and has worked as a Service Tech and MOT Tester since 2008 before being promoted to manager ✨👏

He is a bit of a wildcard… although he’s proud to be an automotive pro he’d choose a jet ski over a car any day... BUT if he had to choose four wheels, he’s going properly old school with a Renault 5 GT Turbo (Ali G stylie of course 😎)

He reckons that if he wasn’t kept busy at Eden Tyres, he’d be starring in EastEnders as Phil Mitchell’s long-lost twin 😂 And if he ever wins the lottery, he’s off to Australia… although with his fear of spiders, we’re not sure how long that would last 🕷️😬

So if you live in Hinckley, or are ever just passing through – stopping by to say hello to this legend is a MUST!

⚠Warning fact: If he could only eat one thing for the rest of his life, it would be onion ring crisps.
We’ll let his wife deal with that one… 😬

Yet again… we’re in full-on makeover mode ✨

Our new garage in Kettering opens on May 11th… our 3rd new branch this year, our first steps into Northamptonshire and the 28th Eden Tyres in the group (how did this happen for a family business from Ripley?!)

We really are spreading the automotive love ❤️

Right now, there’s decorating sheets everywhere, tools out, and yes - those blue walls are on borrowed time. We couldn’t possibly keep blue. It’s just not our colour 😉

We’ll be sharing more as it comes together, but for now, here’s a little behind-the-scenes of the chaos before the calm.

Clearly there’s a bit more work to do… but we can’t wait until we’re ready to introduce ourselves to the lovely people of Kettering 👋

🤓 We take testing tyres very seriously.. and in doing so, this week we found out that Helen from our marketing team is a bit of a petrol head 🏎️💨 (who knew!!)

We might be biased, but we think the team at West Bridgford are pretty great… and it turns out our customers agree 🤩

Nearly a year in, they’ve built the kind of garage people actually like visiting (we know… rare for a garage 😬). Friendly faces, honest advice, and getting you back on the road without the fuss.

With a ⭐ 4.9 rating from 246 reviews, they’ve quietly become a go-to for lots of local drivers 🚗💨

Guiseppe (pictured) might be the only one from the workshop who’s happy in front of the camera, but it’s a proper team effort behind the scenes to look after every customer who comes through the door 🙌

Ryan and the Chesterfield team looked like they’d just won the World Cup picking up our Extra Mile award this month 😄🏆 and honestly, it’s fully deserved.

They might look relaxed here (especially Tyler having a little lie-down 😂), but the reviews coming in tell a different story… this team seriously grafts 💪
