Two VERY happy ladies! 😂

The biggest congratulations to Vanessa who passed her part three first thing this morning!

This was Vanessa‘s 2nd attempt at her part 3, her first go at it was back in January on the one and only day of the year that it decided to snow! No excuses for that one the lesson she delivered just didn’t hit the mark! …… but Fast forward 8 months and with more confidence some extra training & a lovely learner, Vanessa nailed it!

Very proud of you, I know how you battle with your nerves & how poorly they can make you at times, so to pull yourself together to deliver what you did today is a massive accomplishment. You definitely deserve your family break in Devon, enjoy!

A great Morning for Nathan!
First attempt and he smashed the part 3, it has been a long time coming. Nathan was on a pink badge for 10 months before getting his date so he needed to make this first attempt count, and of course he did! More time just means more training 😂

Well done to the 3rd Howson member to join team Drive Like A Boss 🙌🙌

Nathan’s Dad & Brother Karl & Gavin are already successful members of the team, Nathan is in good company!

Well done Nathan, never easy training around a full time job and a young family. You made it work and thoroughly deserved that handshake! Well done mate, it’s been a pleasure!

Jon managed to pass his Part 3 in style, first attempt and in unfamiliar surroundings as Jon is based closer to Slough, but took his test in Bletchley. Photo say’s it all, totally took it in your stride! 😉

You were convinced you hadn’t passed, you nearly even convinced me!

The biggest well done, you really did have some pressure as although this was only your 2nd attempt, we were passed the 2 year deadline so the pressure you were under I know was immense.

Now you can call yourself MRS ADI 😉

Well done Dawn, proud and chuffed doesn’t come close to telling you how I feel for you right now.

Also a big, very big THANK YOU to the wonderful Paula Brown who was your mentor and has really helped you get to where you are today!

What a fun week!

Today was all about the AMAZING Rofi who passed his part 3 in Kettering today, 2nd attempt for him, but the smile says it all!

Rofi I am delighted for you, those nerves really kicked in this week and I know you were really digging deep!

What an achievement!

Now I really can stop my regular weekly trips over to Kettering (for a little while).

Rofi, well done mate. Thoroughly deserved and I’m so pleased to have you part of our FANTASTIC team in KETTERING!

Well done Neil!

All that hard work really did pay off! Watching your confidence grow throughout this entire journey has been a real delight! To think we stood beside your car on that hot sunny August afternoon last year and you questioned whether you could do this!

Well you got your answer today, not only can you do it, you are BRILLIANT at it!

I’m going to miss our Friday mornings 😉
…..but am so delighted to have you part of the Drive Like A Boss team as an ADI!

2025 has been ANOTHER successful year!
The biggest congratulations to Amanda, Sarah, Mariusz, Raj, John, Owais, Rhys, Tracy, Ash & Ginse!
All became FULLY QUALIFIED instructors after successfully passing their Part 3 test in 2025!

We also had another 8 pass their part 2’s!
8 passes and only 6 driver faults between them! All passed first time with 3 getting clean sheets, that’s ZERO driver faults! All are now busy working hard towards their PART 3’s in 2026!

Bring it on!
