We’re currently enjoying some much-needed time off, but before we left the workshop for our holidays, we rolled up our sleeves and got stuck into a bit of a refresh - sweeping, scrubbing, organising - we even painted the workshop floor.

It took a fair bit of elbow grease, but we’re loving how it’s turned out. A big thanks to the Hare’s team for all their hard work in getting the workshop looking fresh and tidy!

Now the big question is… how long do you reckon we can keep it looking this good? 😂

Time will tell! We’re off to enjoy the rest of our break and will be back doing what we do best on Tuesday 1st September. 🔧🚗

September is always a very busy time for us, so if your MOT due date is coming up soon, please give us a call to get booked in as soon as you can.

You can MOT your vehicle up to a month before its due date without affecting the MOT anniversary. Get it checked off your to-do list for another year. 😊

After your car or van has been in for a service with us, you’ll find a complimentary bottle of screenwash left in there. It’s handy to have for your next top-up, or to keep in the boot for those moments when you realise you’re running low.

Amy’s top tip? Keep a bottle of water in the boot too. That way, you’ve always got something to use if you run out of actual screenwash.

And yes, Amy does check her screenwash regularly… so apparently this emergency supply is purely for everyone else. 🤔🙈🤣

Have you thought about your car's filters lately? Probably not! 😂

Filters aren't exactly the most exciting part of car ownership, but they do an important job.

Your car has several different filters, including air, oil, fuel and cabin filters, and they all need replacing as part of keeping your vehicle running properly. We normally check and renew them as part of routine servicing.

If you’ve no idea when yours were last changed, or what state they’re in, don't worry! You don't need to be a car expert - book your car in for a service with us and we will check them for you and let you know if they need renewing.

Just a heads up that our peak period for MOTs is coming up - September is always a very busy time for us. Please help us to help you - if your vehicle’s MOT is due in September, please get it booked in with us as soon as you possibly can.

⭐ You can MOT your vehicle up to a month before its due date without affecting the MOT anniversary. ⭐
