A Hardy seawngs 254.
The very first boat I built in the shed back in 2005 has come home for a refurbishment, after 21 years of day hire it had took its toll on the interior, so new head linnings and bunk tops fitted ready for new cushions.
Hull has a polish and wax and new antifoul applied .
Engineering check over and ready to go back in the water for the rest of this wonderful hot summer .

While most people are heading off to Spain this time of year, we've got a little bit of Spain right here in the shed! 🇪🇸

This lovely little Spanish fishing boat is in with us for some well-deserved TLC before being offered for sale.

A solid, sturdy little boat fitted with a reliable Betta inboard engine, making it ideal for exploring the Norfolk Broads or enjoying days out at sea. Keep an eye out if you're looking for your next boat! 🚤

We don't just work on wooden boats in the shed ,this is a fairline phantom 46 which came in over the winter for head and side linnings replacement throughout ,the old was sagging and out of date ,with the new install she now looks modern and refreshing . Big thanks to the team and the client for trusting us with their pride and joy again .

It has been a busy winter in the shed ,with the team working hard on many projects ,this one Countess of light had a complete scrape and revarnish on the outside and over 300 ft of planking replaced with a complete new repaint on the hull .
Thanks to the team at East Coast boating services for their hard work also Bob at Creative sign writing for the outstanding (as always )gold leave signage .

Big thanks also to the new owners for being the next custodians of this lovely old Herbertwoods girl and keeping her afloat for many more years to come.

We don't just do GRP at East Coast Boat building services with over 40 years in the trade we can work on wood as well .
The boatshed at WaveneyRiver Centre is full of a variety of craft all in for some DLC .

We have just finished an Ocean 42 wich came in for a machine polish and a refurbishment of the varnish work on the interior.
A Herbertwoods broard cruiser, a rare Andrews Thames river cruiser ( better known for building slipper launches), a Waveney one design, a norfolk dinghy number 66 (Gem) waiting for a new owner and a rare Brooke slipper launch also waiting to be loved .
