Just an FYI, I charge a lot less with a 1 week turn around for this service. 200 would get the pillion included.

I offer this for almost any model of bike price range £120-175 for riders seat, this is used when lowering seats to improve the comfort as well as reducing seat height.

At the same time I can reshape the seat for foot reach without changing ride height, ergonomically reshape and reduce forward lean/sliding into the tank.

Here's some more info on the process:

Tom Hurley - Custom Seats offer a unique medical gel and memory foam conversion for improved comfort and pressure relief. This is a specialist product developed for hospital bed, wheelchair and even military use.
(this is not the standard blue or yellow 'motorcycle gel' you may have seen and is a genuine medical product)

It is excellent at providing support, comfort and pressure relief on the sit bones and other 'contact areas' whilst still providing a feeling of being 'connected' to the bike.

This is implanted into the seat so the ride height remains unchanged (unless requested; in this case the height can usually be increased/reduced) and memory foam adds some surface 'plushness' and extra comfort. Memory foam also helps eliminate the common observation of gel getting hot in the sun as it insulates from this but does not detract from the medical gel's benefits.

All medical gel and memory foam conversions come with a waterproof membrane (between the cover and the seat) and I use exclusively stainless steel staples.

I can usually reuse the original cover, as long as you can confirm it's in excellent condition and no major reshaping is required. Prices with this are generally £130-175 riders seat/area and £175-250 rider and pillion seats/areas.

*The works proposed above will improve the pressure relief of the seat, this will not necessarily solve any issues related to being in the wrong riding position. Yes it's finally that time, moving workshop was a hell of a lot more work than I anticipated but I'm catching up with delayed orders and will be opening the books to new orders in the next few days.

WORKSHOP RELOCATING

Please bare with me while I build my dream workshop, one that I own and is all mine!
You may know I've been looking for a new place, the current situation is overrun with cars from surrounding garages and there was often no parking for me let alone customers and delivery/collections.

Im flat out planning and building the new place ready to swap over. I'll be doing some seats around the build to keep things ticking. But I want to do this right and have a set up that works and I'm proud to show (not my current mess 😂)

I'll be launching some new bobber seat options after a few have been testing them for me recently. More affordable comfort options.

*The new workshop is at my home address as when I open I'll have a strict appointment only policy.
