Here's our Pro-Cut Brake Lathe in action on an Audi e-tron.
The customer came to us complaining of noisy brakes and poor braking performance. As you can see from the before photo, the brake discs were in pretty poor condition.
At this stage there are usually two options:
Replace the discs, which on an Audi e-tron can be very expensive.

Refurbish the existing discs using our Pro-Cut Brake Lathe, then fit a new set of brake pads.

By machining the discs on the vehicle, we restored a smooth braking surface, eliminated the brake issues, and saved the customer a considerable amount of money compared to replacing the discs.

The result?
Brakes that perform like new without the unnecessary expense of new discs.

🎄Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year when it comes! 🎄

As 2025 comes to an end, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all our amazing customers and suppliers for helping make it another fantastic year at Elite. It’s been a brilliant one, with lots of exciting new projects taking off.
Our new, bigger workshop has given us loads more space to work with, and the new powder coating setup has produced some fantastic results — along with even more happy customers!

We hope you all have a wonderful festive break filled with good food, great company, and plenty of time to relax. We’ll be doing the same and will be back refreshed and ready to go on Monday the 5th of January.
