One very special trip to Disneyland Paris. 💛🏰
MagicalTaxiTour gives children living with serious and life-limiting illnesses and their families the chance to enjoy a magical break away from hospitals and treatment.
This year, 100 London taxis made the journey, supported along the way by AA Patrols, London Ambulance Service, City of London Police and the French Gendarmerie. 🚕✨
Our Patrols were there to help keep the convoy moving, with just one vehicle needing recovery during the journey. Once off the ferry in Calais, the issue was quickly fixed, and it was back on the road. 🔧💛
For one of our Patrols, the experience was particularly special: “As a parent, it’s the most humbling thing I’ve ever done. As a Patrol, it’s the most rewarding event I’ve been a part of, and I’ll be forever grateful that I’ve been able to take part.”
