We invest in our tools to give us a head start on Boiler fault diagnosis.

This system was loosing pressure.

No visible leaks in the property.

With the use of our inspection camera. We're able to see deep Into the boiler without stripping the appliance.

On this instance it proved to us that the main heat exchanger was leaking internally. The pressure was being lost through the applaince itself and down to the drain.
With the camera we're able to take photos and record our findings so we can show the customer and come up with a solution to their boiler issues.

Boiler and cylinder relocation after an extension for a customer of ours. Its nice to have a blank canvas.
Never fitted a baxi before. To be fair they're so so quiet and very light.

Still not converted though...:0)

9 bar incoming mains pressure keeps popping joints on the water system.
Both the internal and external stop c***s at the customers property do not work.
The customer called the water board, who changed the external stop c**k, which then meant we could then change the internal one. We also fitted a much needed pressure reducer.
