From custom graphics kit to full custom intake, ecu upgrade, asv levers, full empire exhaust system and plenty of 38 motorsport upgrades, custom seat cover, extended stem , brake lines,the list goes on ....

World's first...MT10 -NOS
We cot tasked with getting a full working functional NOS system added to it ..
Definitely not an easy task as room is limited and the NOS system has to be correct..
With many hours and a few tweeks we gotvit completed and wow...certainly transforming the quad dramatically..
It also has full purge kit added aswel..
We also forged carbon dipped a few bits on the bike with swing arm, nerf bars, NOS bottles, a-arms.
Would you ride this flat out ???

Recently finished full engine build on a qr50 .
Was previous restored my someone els who checked engine over....
Crank bearing had left the chat,so we got to work sourcing all genuine Honda part's, and that's a challenge when its a 1983 model..
Only thing that wasn't genuine was the piston, so we went with a to finish it off..

Another raptor ready for the summer ☀️..
Come in with a burnt out clutch, upon further investigation when starting the exhaust system was glowing red due to running too lean.
We upgraded the air intake along with a new pc6 that we can custom mapping to get it running spot on,

We added our custom Abs disc, replacing abs sensor.
Added our custom indicators.

🤯 YFZ 500 💨💨

Finally finished the yfz woth cr500 engine in, been back a few time due to the very very poor eletric start kit that was on it originally, after many back and forth woth the supplier amd not massively helpful,custom gave it one more go but as we thought it failed once again.
So we was set the task to convert ot to kick start..not the easiest when parts arnt the easiest to get for the 500 amd the cost is no cheap,but we managed to get it done and keep all the lights and indicators working also 😉...
Hopefully won't be seeing it until need some planned maintenance work carried out..done alot on this from when the new owner brought it already converted....badly..
