🔴 R1 BIG BANG 🔴
We recently had this r1 come into us with a big list of issues that the customer wasn't happy with.
After getting a list together of the things they wanted to change we got to work.
One of the biggest issues was it only had 4 injectors instead of 8 😬.
We made some custom intake stacks to fit the additional 4 injectors had the ECU custom mapped.
Fitted new clocks got rid if the apple car play screen.had multiple issues with the wiring we put right.
Extended all the fuse modules to the rear of the plastics.
Full new plastics kit
Custom seat cover
Custom graphics
New DWT wheels
Worx wheel inserts
Upgraded brakes front and rear
Upgraded LED lights
Custom indicators
Thumb throttle conversion
New nerf bars
Worx wheelie bar
Hel brake lines
New coolant hoses
New rental fat bars
The list goes on ...

World's first...MT10 -NOS
We cot tasked with getting a full working functional NOS system added to it ..
Definitely not an easy task as room is limited and the NOS system has to be correct..
With many hours and a few tweeks we gotvit completed and wow...certainly transforming the quad dramatically..
It also has full purge kit added aswel..
We also forged carbon dipped a few bits on the bike with swing arm, nerf bars, NOS bottles, a-arms.
Would you ride this flat out ???

Recently finished full engine build on a qr50 .
Was previous restored my someone els who checked engine over....
Crank bearing had left the chat,so we got to work sourcing all genuine Honda part's, and that's a challenge when its a 1983 model..
Only thing that wasn't genuine was the piston, so we went with a to finish it off..

Another raptor ready for the summer ☀️..
Come in with a burnt out clutch, upon further investigation when starting the exhaust system was glowing red due to running too lean.
We upgraded the air intake along with a new pc6 that we can custom mapping to get it running spot on,
