🔧 2019 Nissan Qashqai – NO START

This Qashqai came to us after being looked at by two different garages, neither of which had been able to diagnose the problem.

Rather than guessing or throwing parts at it, we carried out our own systematic diagnostic assessment.

Hyundai i20 ADAS Fault – Test, Don’t Guess 🔧

This Hyundai i20 came into us with an ADAS fault and multiple warning lights showing on the dashboard.

Rather than simply replacing parts and hoping for the best, we carried out a proper diagnostic assessment using dealer-level diagnostic equipment, along with the relevant technical bulletins.

Our testing pointed us towards a software issue within the front camera.

We were able to update the camera software to the latest available version — and the fault was cured. ✅

We’ve got a real mix of work in at the moment, but there’s one thing that features heavily… diagnostics.

🚗 Correct diagnosis saves you money.
This Ford Kuga came to us with an overheating problem. It had already been diagnosed elsewhere as having a thermostat stuck closed.
But we don't assume previous diagnoses are correct.
After carrying out our own thorough testing, we found the real fault... a failed water pump. The thermostat wasn't the problem at all.

❄️ Air conditioning not working? Don't assume it just needs a regas!

One of the biggest misconceptions we hear is: "It just needs regassing."

The reality is that a regas only works if the air conditioning system is sealed and functioning correctly.
