BARROW-IN-FURNESS — The Ministry of Magic is officially bewildered. Local legend Paul has been caught operating a secret, high-flying enchantment operation right under the guise of a standard Muggle garage!
Instead of just fixing tracking and replacing tattered rubbers, Paul has been secretly retrofitting classic Ford Anglias into cloud-cruising beasts for witches and wizards nationwide.
The Ministry has issued a formal notice: If you see a flash of turquoise blue cutting through the streets of barrow, do not call the authorities. Just look, smile, and give Paul a massive wave!
