VW T5 California 2.0tdi in with us for a 4 piece clutch replacement after the concentric slave cylinder failed inside the gearbox 🤝

The customer came out to the van one morning to find they had no clutch pedal 😅
We went out to their property to first diagnose the issue ✅
Organised recovery of the vehicle to our workshop✅
Had OEM parts ready and waiting to complete the work in a timely manner so they could get back on their travels 👌🏼✅

The customer could then collect their vehicle when it was ready without lifting a finger ✅ Because that’s what good service is all about 🤝

🚨 Important Notice 🚨
We will be taking a few days off, from today, to enjoy some holiday time after we’ve worked tirelessly to keep the cars rolling this holiday period 🤙🏼

All planned works in the diary will still go ahead as planned, we just won’t be able to respond to emergencies, breakdowns or phone calls like we normally would until WEDNESDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER ✅

Going forward, Our diary is open from Monday 14th September, Work can still be booked in for any time after this date 👌🏼

Ford transit Connect In with us to diagnose DPF and boost/ power issues ✅

We found a split boost pipe from the intercooler had caused rough running issues, set engine codes and in turn would not allow the vehicle to Regenerate the DPF system…
We took care of this by supplying and fitting a genuine Ford boost pipe replacement, removing the DPF for a proper off car clean and resetting the DPF data in the Powertrain control module after all components involved had been thoroughly cleaned and visually checked. 🔥

No more blockages, no more engine warning lights 👌🏼

BMW 330d in with us for a full service 🔥
Definitely in the nick of time judging by the condition of the filters 👏🏼
✅ Oil change and new filter
✅ Air filters replaced
✅ Diesel filter replaced (often over looked!)
✅ Coolant flushed and brake fluid tested
✅ Proof of servicing provided to customer.

BMW 3 series booking us again to have a look at some misfire issues 🙏🏻 first off diagnostic codes were scanned and not much info was given from that so we went back to basic mechanics 👌🏼 ignition coils and spark plugs first on the list… 💥 BOOM💥 there it was. Looking like burnt toast!
OEM Bosch ignition coils and NGK Spark plugs supplied and fitted to relieve the car and customer of their suffering ✅

BMW 3 series In with us for a number of jobs 🔥 main one being the MOT which we smashed out the park no advisories ✅ we found the front suspension arms to be worn causing excessive inner tyre wear ❌ rear tyres worn down to limit ❌ and parking brake efficiency issues ❌ we took care of all these issues with; 4x new runflat tyres, 4x front suspension arms installed, proper adjustment and regreasing of the rear parking brake/ braking system ✅✅✅

The customer complained of a juddering when pulling away before we touched it 😅 after our remedy work not only did the car pass with flying colours ✅ we also killed 2 birds with one stone and repaired the annoying judder with the front suspension repairs we completed 🤙🏼

Another 12 months MOT and an absolutely “fab to drive” BMW! That’s how we roll 🤝

Helping out the holiday makers! ❤️
This lovely couple staying down In croyde on their holiday found us through recommendations ✅ and got in touch to have their broken coil spring repaired before their drive home northbound!

We diagnosed the issue, sourced the parts and made sure all was complete and tested 🔥 all while they got to relax on their beach holiday 👏🏼
