They are finally done! 🙌
Its only taken six years since i first came up with the idea but here they are, a fully bespoke nissan S13, S14, S15 reverse clutch master pedal.

Direct fitment! and allows you to fit any size master cylinder you need for your application!

No more issues with heat from JZ downpipes or space issues with v8’s!

I am super excited to make a video to run through these and the numerous advantages!

Hell you could even use them on a stock car for a manual conversion as they fit behind the stock dash bar 🤘

Quick job on this cool ass drag car!

The owner is doing an overhaul on this and converting it to a twin turbo LS 😍

I’ve altered the chassis to have a removable cross member in a new location and fitted a cross brace behind 🤘

Its my first time using chromoly tube and my god it eats hole saws compared to CDS rollcage tubing!

Super happy with how this stainless 3.5” exhaust turned out on this M2 comp! 🔥

To join the factory twin 65mm system to the single 3.5” tube, i machined a custom 3 degree mandrel to form the cones on to form a slick 2-1 merge.

I even managed to get everything nicely tucked up to avoid scraping the road 😎

Oh and also gave it a precise alignment using our laser alignment gear 🤘

Unfortunately at Japfest our good friend Matthew Denham had a gearbox failure on his samsonas sequential,

I stripped and inspected, ordered the replacement parts and after meticulously cleaning everything reassembled the box ready for more hammer 🔨

I also found a previous repair i had done to repair the input shaft with a shrink fit sleeve had failed and come off, so this time i opted to weld and machine the pilot bearing spigot back to spec to keep the clutch running true.

These cars get so put through so much, it is a constant battle to keep them tiptop 👌

To try and help it survive better in future i have added an external oil pump on an rpm strategy to make use of the oil spray bar in the gearbox to maintain lubrication on all the gears during extreme G forces 🤘

Custom prop shaft for Tobi walkers new jz bmw build after another company let him down.

We are looking forward to seeing it in the flesh next week for a full alignment and setup 👌
